THE APPROACH
We built a full-funnel performance engine around two product narratives, Eterna, the new exterior paint, and Lux, the interior line that needed sustained awareness. From there, every layer was designed to compound: scaled awareness campaigns to plant the brand in people's minds, engagement campaigns to deepen the relationship, and traffic campaigns to convert interest into action, across YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Influencer-led performance ran in parallel, across multiple states, calibrated to regional context rather than treated as one national push. Social media management gave the brand a daily voice. And in stores, retail and dealer collateral made sure the brand someone saw on their feed looked just as considered on the shelf they walked up to.
The data did the rest. We identified high-converting segments, Male and Android users, and reallocated spend toward where the returns actually were. Less guesswork, more efficiency, every month.
THE WORK
Ongoing performance marketing, social media, influencer-led campaigns, and retail/dealer collateral for Jotun India. Awareness, engagement, and traffic campaigns running concurrently across YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Influencer activations across multiple states.
Daily social media management. In-store and dealer-facing collateral that closed the loop between what people saw online and what they encountered in person.
THE OUTCOME
The numbers tell their own story. On a monthly spend of roughly ₹2.1 lakh, we delivered 51M+ impressions and 22.3M+ reach across India. The work generated over 1.06M engagements and 18.9K+ clicks, with a CPM of around ₹2.8, CPE under a paisa, and CPR starting at ₹1.9, efficiencies most brands wouldn't believe were possible at this scale.
But the more interesting number is the one without a unit. Jotun, in India, no longer reads as a foreign paint brand asking for attention. It reads as a premium one that earned it.
