THE APPROACH
Before a single description got written, we segmented the catalogue into editorial worlds - Fashion, Horology, and Statement. Each one came with its own voice register, its own emotional palette, its own set of permissions and restraints. A Fashion piece could be playful. A Horology piece had to earn its place through craft. A Statement piece had to carry the swagger of being worn, not just owned.
From there, every description was built around what mattered, with the inspiration behind the watch, the design that brought it to life, and the man it was made for. Not just features. Not just specs. But character.
THE WORK
500 long-form product descriptions, every one written to read like the watch itself was speaking. Copy that found language in lateen sails and maritime ingenuity, in horological heritage and modern restraint, in the colour of a dial and the spirit it was meant to evoke. The kind of writing that turns a product page into something closer to a profile.
The work covered the entirety of Titan's men's catalogue and select pieces from the women's collections, including Raga.

THE OUTCOME
Titan's men's catalogue now reads the way Titan's watches actually feel. Product pages that used to do the bare minimum now carry the weight of the purchase they're asking a customer to make. For us, the project became something bigger than a deliverable.
The segmentation framework is now the system we bring to every brand that needs to write at scale without the scale showing. One iconic catalogue rewritten. One playbook that didn't exist before.
